Our mission is to provide the community with access to print and digital resources for education, information and recreation, and a welcoming public place for both community interaction and individual pursuits. The Library encourages lifelong learning and serves as a community information and technology gateway, dedicated to making the City of Ferguson a rewarding, attractive, and pleasant place in which to live, visit, and work.

Our Library Board consists of nine trustees appointed by the Mayor of Ferguson, and approved by Council, who volunteer their time to oversee Library administration and policies.
